Meet Our Lead Pastor

Aaron Joseph Hall

Pastor Aaron and his wife, Sarah, are church planters with a heart for Lower Alabama and a vision to see people find freedom in Christ.

With over a decade of ministry experience and a calling to church planting that began in 2013, Aaron and Sarah stepped out in faith to pursue that dream.

Our Leadership Team

Jubilee City Church is led by a plurality of biblically qualified Elders who serve together in shared spiritual oversight and governance. Following the New Testament pattern of eldership, each Elder is a man who meets the qualifications outlined in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1 and is responsible for shepherding the church through prayer, biblical teaching, sound doctrine, and pastoral care.

Where an Elder is married, his wife may, but is not required to, serve as a full member of the Leadership Team, contributing her wisdom, gifts, and perspective to the team’s shared leadership. While she serves as a valued member of the Leadership Team, she does not hold the office of Elder or exercise the doctrinal and pastoral authority entrusted to that office.

Our Leadership Team does not have a fixed size. Instead, we prayerfully seek the Lord’s direction as He raises up qualified Elders to shepherd the church. Within this team, the Lead Pastor serves as first among equals, providing leadership in preaching, vision, and direction while serving alongside the other Elders in mutual accountability.

Together, our Leadership Team is committed to faithfully shepherding God’s people, protecting biblical truth, and leading Jubilee City Church with humility, unity, and servant-hearted leadership.
